Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how [Delta Studios Ltd] (“Delta Studios”, “we”, “us”), the operator of Delta Platform and Delta Garage, collects and uses personal data. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. For UK data-protection purposes, our contact point is [privacy@deltafivemstudios.com].

1. Data we collect

2. How we use it & our legal bases

3. Cookies & sessions

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, including: Discord (sign-in); our payment processor (billing); our server-hosting provider (to run your instance); Cloudflare (network, security, and DNS); and our email provider. These providers are bound to use the data only as we instruct.

5. Garages operated by our customers

Where you are a Member using a garage run by one of our Customers (a server owner), that Customer is a separate controller for how they manage their Members and Content. This policy covers Delta Studios’ own processing; the Customer’s own practices are their responsibility.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent mechanisms.

7. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account or subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs, then delete or anonymise it. Uploaded Content is deleted after your instance is terminated, subject to a short grace period.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and encryption at rest for sensitive secrets. No system is perfectly secure; keep your own backups of important Content.

9. Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these, contact us at [privacy@deltafivemstudios.com]. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

10. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the service or by email.
