Get up and running.
Everything you need to set up, run, and troubleshoot your Delta Garage service.
Discord Roles & Permissions
Once someone logs into your garage, what they can do there is controlled entirely inside your Delta Garage's own Admin panel (Users & Roles), not here on Delta Platform.
The roles, at a glance
- Master - full access to everything, always. There's normally exactly one (whoever logged in first), though a Master can grant the Master role to additional accounts if needed. Master access can't be revoked from the Admin panel's Permissions editor - it's a deliberate safeguard against accidentally locking yourself out.
- Developer / review-related roles - access to the upload review queue, the ability to claim and approve or reject customer submissions, and (with the right permission) override another developer's claim on an item.
- Personals Manager - can view and manage every customer's uploaded vehicles/peds directly, independent of the normal review queue.
- Granular permissions - most areas of the Admin panel (Garage Details, Finances, Discord Bot setup, FiveM Integration, Settings, Logs, and more) can be granted individually, each with separate "view" and "edit" access, so you can give someone visibility without giving them the ability to change anything.
- Customer - the default for everyone else: normal access to their own vehicles, peds, credits, and the marketplace, with no staff access.
Granting roles
From your garage's Admin panel, open Users & Roles, find the person, and click Permissions. Toggle exactly the access they need - there's no need to grant broad access just to give someone one specific ability.
A tip on staff accounts
Anyone with elevated access can see things regular customers can't (other people's information, financial data, etc. depending on what you grant). Only give staff-level roles to people you trust with that visibility, and review who has what periodically from the same Users & Roles screen.
